How a visit works
- Tell us what's going on. In your own words, no menus, no forms-first runaround, no account required to start.
- Safety screening. A structured check for emergency warning signs, tailored to your symptoms, before anything else happens.
- Build your chart. Medical history, condition-specific questions a prescriber actually needs, home vitals, and photos if they help.
- Doctor review. A licensed clinician reads everything and messages you back with a treatment plan, a prescription to your pharmacy when appropriate, or an honest referral.
Transparent pricing. The consult and triage are free. If, and only if, we can treat you online, the doctor review is $50. Visits we route away are never charged.
When to go elsewhere
QuicklyCare is not for emergencies. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, severe allergic reactions, or thoughts of self-harm need 911 or the nearest emergency room now.
We also don't treat conditions that need a physical exam, labs, or imaging to manage safely; children under two; pregnancy complications; or controlled substances. When that's your situation, we say so plainly, point you to the right setting, and charge nothing.
